Default A little help?

I have my Assassin up to Altrumm Ruins, about to go over to the Luxon missions to complete the storyline.
She is a A/R, and I was wondering if I could get any advice. I don't do half bad when it comes to staying alive, I just have to pay attention to my health and the monk wont have to worry about me..there are times when they will over heal me...as in heal me when I don't need it.
When I do die, it's usually me not paying attention, or I get caught inbetween something and Return is still recharging.
Stats:
Wilderness: 9
Dagger Mastery 12+4 or 12+1 (depending on what mask i'm wearing)
Shadow Arts 3
Critical Strikes 9+1 or 12+4 (Also depending on what mask i'm wearing)
I've got the preorder daggers

Here is my skills
Unsuspecting Strike
Fox Fangs
Twisting Fangs
Flashing Blades(E)
Return
Troll Unguent
Signet of Capture(or whatever else I can put down)
Resurrection Signet

What i'll do is I'll run up to a enemy hitting the Lead, Offhand and the Dual, and i'll keep attacking untill I take a little bit of damage. If I take any damage, I'll use Flashing Blades and i'll keep attacking. If I still keep taking damage to the point I'll have less than 50% health i'll use Return to the furthest person away (usually the monk) and i'll take off running to stop taking damage. At this point i'll usually hit Troll Unguent, and wait a few seconds to stop taking damage and to get full health before I go back in. At this time i'll usually wait till Return will fully recharge so I can use it again just in case. By this time Flashing Blades is recharged and i'll usually hit Flashing Blades again and run back in. I try to use Flashing Blades as much as possible to take less damage for the healer, and same with Return.

I don't have many elites, and the ones I do have are Palm Strike, Flashing Blades, Shroud of Silence, Way of the Empty Palm, and Shadow Form. I would use Shadow Form cause you take no damage at all what so ever with it, and it's cool cause of that, but it scares the hell out of me and the healer when it ends...lol
There are skills people will talk about on this fourm but I have no idea where to get them. I need to keep looking into that...but if anyone can help me out to make my build better...that would be nice...thanks.

I just recently came across the A/W build, but I don't like Warrior as my Secondary at all what so ever. For the A/W build i'm using:
Unsuspecting Strike
Palm Strike
Critical Strike
Critical Defenses
Wild Blow
Shadow Refuge
Return
Resurrection Signet

I would suggest a different opener than Unsuspecting Strike, if you have an AoE-happy elementalist or anyone attacking the same target, you are unlikely to get the bonus from it. Since you rely on Critical Defenses (an enchantment) why not try out using Golden Lotus Strike as an opener (+dmg unconditionally, +energy if under an enchant).
